We are thrilled to introduce our Account Executive Development Program, known as “Verkademy”! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will join one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley/San Francisco, with a clear and expedited promotion path to a closing role! We seek energetic, self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

About Verkademy

Verkademy is designed to accelerate the development of Sales Associates into elite Mid-Market Account Executives. This program breaks down essential Tech Sales principles into manageable modules that teach the core competencies required to excel as a top-tier Account Executive. Topics include Prospecting, Discovery, Demos, Best Practice Calls, and more. Participants who complete this program will transition into fully equipped Mid-Market Account Executives, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, industry insights, and company dynamics.
 
Successful Verkademy graduates are often high achievers and leaders who thrive in challenging, fast-paced settings. If you’re looking for a company that is committed to your career success and personal growth, this is the program for you. The Verkademy program typically lasts around 9 months, with opportunities for early completion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage a high volume of cold leads to convert them into viable prospects.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and challenges to effectively articulate how Verkada can address them.
  • Proactively generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by showcasing the value of Verkada.
  • Facilitate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Ensure accurate lead distribution and comprehensive discovery for your assigned Account Executives.
