Role overview
The SDR acts as the first point of contact for healthcare providers interested in learning more about Doctolib’s solutions. The main focus is to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, helping to advance conversations with potential users and support Doctolib’s mission to improve healthcare access.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospective healthcare providers and generate qualified appointments for sales experts
- Pre-qualify inbound leads to ensure efficient handoff to the appropriate sales specialists
- Keep the prospect database up to date in the CRM system
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine the appointment-setting process
- Coordinate with support and product teams to help maintain high user satisfaction
- Take part in team meetings and coaching sessions with your manager to build sales skills
