Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) joins a collaborative sales team focused on business growth. Working alongside Business Development Executives, the SDR researches and identifies new prospects, connects with decision-makers, and builds early relationships. The aim: set up qualified meetings for Sales Executives to close new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and develop new leads, identify prospects, and build relationships to understand business motivations.
- Work toward and exceed targets in a results-focused environment.
- Use phone, email, and social selling to maximize meetings and revenue opportunities.
- Create engaging messages and content tailored to a variety of audiences.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Listen actively and communicate clearly, sharing insights and contributing positively to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B telesales or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred).
- Comfort working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues.
- Confidence and resilience in a target-driven setting, with determination to exceed goals.
- Curiosity, asking thoughtful questions of prospects and peers.
- Friendly, enthusiastic approach, comfortable engaging stakeholders by phone, email, or in person.
- Interest or understanding of Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the digital landscape.
