ResponsibilitiesDevelop a go-to-market strategy to effectively position the Colibri brand in the US marketEstablish target plans for acquiring new clients and partners, as well as defining market entry routesImplement the Client Partner Sales function in the US for Colibri, which includes team building, support systems, and necessary processesCollaborate with PR and Marketing teams to formulate and deliver strategies and materials for the go-to-market plan and prospective client engagements (such as direct marketing, events, conferences, and advertising)Work alongside Colibri teams to create solutions, proposals, and contracts for potential client engagementsMaintain and nurture existing client relationships to maximize value, ensure satisfaction, and foster advocacy while promoting team happiness. As the head of our Client Partner Sales teams, you will serve as a brand advocate and ambassador. Your core responsibilities will include prospecting, expanding client partnerships, and closing new business opportunities. This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Colibri leadership team to devise a go-to-market strategy, cultivate a robust sales pipeline, integrate supportive roles into the team, and ultimately meet our revenue targets.
