We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to bolster our Sales team in securing enterprise deals. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design geothermal system specifications, prepare budgets, and serve as a reliable resource for our clients and partners throughout the entire sales journey. This role will require you to be present at our Kingston, NY office once a week.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team in Closing Large-Scale Deals: Create tailored geothermal proposals featuring loop and manifold designs, heat pump specifications, and comprehensive system integration plans.
Maximize proposal effectiveness by ensuring performance optimization, cost efficiency, and alignment with rebate and incentive programs.
Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, detailed quotes, and proposals that address client-specific needs.
Build and Nurture Strong Client Relationships
Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing essential pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
Engage closely with home builders and multifamily developers to evaluate HVAC requirements and propose suitable geothermal solutions.
System Design & Technical Expertise
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of geothermal technologies and installation processes to educate clients and effectively address technical queries.
Partner with and educate enterprise sales teams on the technical components of geothermal heat pumps.
Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance and refine our product offerings.
Transfer technical specifications to the Project Management team and assist from pre-construction through to implementation.
Stay Compliant & Informed on Market Trends
Guarantee all proposed systems adhere to industry standards and regulations, including tax credits and incentives.
