Key Responsibilities: Explore and demonstrate how InterSystems products can integrate with third-party technologies. Manage and nurture the technical relationships with customer accounts to keep them informed about the latest product features. Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts. Create and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the suitability, performance, features, and reliability of InterSystems technologies. Engage in comprehensive business and technical discussions at all organizational levels within client companies to promote the adoption of InterSystems technologies. Advise on technical architecture, database schemas, design patterns, migration strategies, and operational best practices. Install InterSystems software and perform benchmarking to determine optimal deployment configurations. Lead application development efforts and mentor partners and prospects, particularly during the initial phases of adoption and complex projects. Provide application programming support across various InterSystems technologies and others. Deliver corporate presentations to customers and prospects during site visits and marketing events, covering both strategic and tactical aspects. Conduct formal training sessions on InterSystems technologies. Support customers during beta testing and pre-launch phases, providing valuable feedback to our development teams. Assist in troubleshooting and collaborate with technical teams as needed.
