Qualifications

Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Additional Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in maintaining daily activities in customer relationship management tools, including tracking calls, emails, and interactions with prospects and customers. Close collaboration with Marketing to develop and leverage strategic campaigns aimed at driving pipeline revenue and providing feedback for message optimization. A strong desire for success and growth in a world-class organization. Coachable with a commitment to continuous learning and excellence. Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and collaborative skills. Sales aptitude, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Prior sales experience is advantageous. Experience with CRM tools is highly beneficial.

As the initial point of contact with potential clients, our Sales Lead Development Representatives (SLDRs) are instrumental in generating interest in our comprehensive suite of industry-leading solutions. By engaging in qualifying discussions that illuminate the buyer's journey, our SLDRs significantly contribute to our sales pipeline and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The SLDR will play a crucial role in supporting sales team members by identifying Qualified Opportunities and fostering strong professional relationships within the Sales and Marketing teams. Key tasks include:

  • Following up on Marketing Qualified Leads from various channels, including Marketing Events, Webinars, and Website Downloads.
  • Executing a consistent daily schedule of prospecting and engaging conversations to qualify leads and generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities.
  • Collaborating with sales teams in designated territories to strategically penetrate targeted accounts.
