POSITION TITLE: Sales Lead Development Representative
REPORTS TO: Director, Inside Agreement Sales, United States Crane Service

We invite dynamic, ambitious, and driven individuals to join our North American Sales Lead Development Team. As the initial point of contact with potential clients, our Sales Lead Development Representatives (SLDRs) are instrumental in generating interest in our comprehensive suite of industry-leading solutions. By engaging in qualifying discussions that illuminate the buyer's journey, our SLDRs significantly contribute to our sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
The SLDR will play a crucial role in supporting sales team members by identifying Qualified Opportunities and fostering strong professional relationships within the Sales and Marketing teams. Key tasks include:
- Following up on Marketing Qualified Leads from various channels, including Marketing Events, Webinars, and Website Downloads.
- Executing a consistent daily schedule of prospecting and engaging conversations to qualify leads and generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities.
- Collaborating with sales teams in designated territories to strategically penetrate targeted accounts.
