The Role
Peregrine is seeking a Sales Onboarding & Product Enablement, Curriculum Developer to take charge of the comprehensive onboarding experience for new sales hires and to shape the ongoing product training strategy for our go-to-market teams. This position involves designing, implementing, and continuously refining onboarding programs, a structured 30-60-90 certification framework, and scalable training systems that facilitate rapid proficiency for Account Executives while adapting to our evolving platform, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
This role is tailored for a proactive builder who excels in uncertain environments and enjoys creating innovative solutions from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure our sales team possesses a profound understanding of the platform, relevant customer scenarios, and the value we provide within the public safety ecosystem, starting from day one and continuing throughout their careers.
What You'll Do
Own Sales New Hire Enablement
- Design and implement a holistic onboarding experience for Sales New Hires from their first day through their initial ramp-up period.
- Ensure that new employees gain a thorough working knowledge of the platform, including its core functionalities and the value it offers.
- Establish onboarding as a cornerstone for long-term mastery of our products.
Build and Operate a 30-60-90 Certification Program
- Design and facilitate a structured 30-60-90 certification program with clear benchmarks for proficiency.
- Define milestones related to product fluency, platform navigation, demo execution, and feature understanding.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to align certification objectives with performance expectations.
- Monitor progress and iterate based on performance metrics and feedback.
