Join Everlaw as an Enablement Manager on our Product team, where you'll play a vital role at the crossroads of product development, design, and operations. In this position, your mission will be to ensure our R&D organization is well-aligned, skilled, and equipped to achieve impactful results.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing enablement programs that transcend mere logistics. These structured, outcomes-driven initiatives will not only enhance our product culture but also accelerate team performance and improve decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate on Enablement Roadmaps

  • Work alongside Product Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs.
  • Develop sub-team roadmaps that outline priorities for each function and convert them into scalable learning opportunities. This includes integrating AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance product enablement, ensuring the Product team possesses state-of-the-art capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.

Develop Structured Learning Programs

  • Establish a consistent schedule for cross-team learning activities, including:
    • A structured onboarding program designed to help new Product team members acclimate effectively, gain confidence in our tools and processes, and align with our culture and ways of working.
    • Quarterly training sessions on essential tools (AI tooling, Heap, Looker, and other core platforms).
    • Monthly peer learning sessions (lunch & learns, demos, decision-making workshops).
    • Biannual workshops focused on culture and collaboration to reinforce our values.

Lead Major Enablement Events

  • Design, facilitate, and execute R&D-wide events such as Product Kickoff and MYMU.
  • Ensure these events are operationally smooth and strategically impactful, with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
