Key Responsibilities:Serve as a daily resource for the sales team by addressing process inquiries, resolving tool-related issues, and maximizing the efficiency of our sales tools. Maintain comprehensive documentation for sales processes. Support cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Data Quality & Hygiene:Oversee and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack. Conduct routine audits to identify data hygiene issues. Manage data imports, list uploads, and record updates to support sales and marketing initiatives. Investigate trends and anomalies in sales process data, including lead conversion rates, sales activity, and pipeline variances. Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report creation, dashboard building, data management, and basic administrative tasks. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
