Your Role:

In the capacity of a Sales Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to boost operational efficiency across the Italian and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets through process execution, data analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer daily support to the Sales team on processes, addressing user inquiries, guiding processes, and resolving issues.
  • Engage with local and central teams to gather feedback, provide recommendations, and notify stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and fluid operations.

Sales Target & Compensation Support:

  • Assist in establishing sales targets and compensation processes.

Project Assistance:

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at refining sales operations and amplifying business impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on cross-departmental projects.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Support the examination of sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and reports to foster actionable insights.
  • Prepare data summaries and presentations for internal meetings and business evaluations.
