Position Summary
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Spear Bio's sales efforts, a position created in response to our Commercial organization’s growth. You will spearhead the design and implementation of systems, tools, and processes that empower the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role demands strong analytical skills to manage data and the capability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder contract processes and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Management & Strategy:
Organize and streamline lead and opportunity funnel and forecasting processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support purchase order processing and revenue recognition.
Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
CRM & Technology Management:
Serve as the administrator for CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, usability, and providing training for the sales team while managing day-to-day CRM administration including user setup, permission sets, roles, profiles, and basic configurations.
Oversee the commercial tech stack, integrating tools to automate manual processes.
Ensure data integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, and custom objects.
Maintain essential HubSpot/SFDC integration requirements, including field mapping and data reconciliation.
