- Forecasting material requirements and ensuring timely sourcing.
- Preparing and submitting relevant reports on time.
- Setting targets for the sales team.
- Developing incentive schemes in collaboration with management to motivate team members.
- Coordinating with HR to acknowledge team performance.
- Supervising and reviewing team contributions through performance tracking.
- Providing coaching and training to the team as needed.
