Role Purpose: Ensure a positive evolution in the generic market within your area, supported by product availability at points of sale. This includes numerical distribution, weighted penetration, and depth established through the implementation and monitoring of trade marketing plans and activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Allocate quotas for each point of sale based on the assigned turnover/evacuation quota from the POS Leader.
- Negotiate and ensure compliance with distribution levels, penetration, depth, and market share at assigned points of sale as per commercial policy through established distributors/chains in each country.
- Conduct daily on-site follow-ups on inventory levels across the portfolio/rotation/evacuation and commercial and marketing strategies (clusters). Consolidate and communicate this information to your immediate supervisor weekly.
- Continuously update the rotation sheet and sales point information in the CRM supporting point of sale management.
- Plan monthly visits based on the needs of your route, prioritizing important points of sale.
- Ensure target coverage and frequency of on-site visits for each point of sale as outlined by the Commercial Directorate.
- Register visits in the CRM platform in real-time.
- Identify potential points of sale that are not being visited and discuss their relevance or the feasibility of visiting them through alternative means with your direct supervisor.
- Execute the trade marketing, marketing, and commercial plan (promotional plans) flawlessly according to directives provided during strategic meetings (respecting segmentation and targeting).
- Present promotional messages to each individual working at the point of sale. Keep in mind that you must visit these locations in person.
