About the Team
The Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team drives the productivity and effectiveness of our sales organization, collaborating closely with sales teams and various departments at Stripe to implement strategic initiatives. As part of the EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will significantly influence the development and execution of GTM strategies in partnership with EMEA sales leaders. Your role will involve collaborating with senior Sales leadership and the broader Sales team to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness. Key responsibilities encompass designing go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, and conducting business analytics. Additionally, you will work with essential cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Strategy, Functional Sales Operations, and the Strategy Planning and Insights team, to refine internal processes and deliverables such as monthly business reviews, weekly forecasting calls, and target planning. We seek a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a proven track record of navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment to solve complex problems effectively.
