Join our dynamic team at Hireframe as a meticulous Salesforce and HubSpot Systems Administrator, dedicated to enhancing our Sales and Marketing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to expert for our CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring the integrity of our data, optimizing automation processes, implementing system upgrades, and providing daily support.
Your expertise will be crucial as you respond to immediate system needs and collaborate on larger strategic projects. We are looking for a self-sufficient, experienced individual with a startup mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance Salesforce and HubSpot systems
- Develop and refine Salesforce Flows, manage permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages
- Administer HubSpot workflows and automations (maintaining over 80 active workflows)
- Ensure data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and custom objects
- Diagnose system issues and apply immediate fixes
- Conduct data uploads, cleansing, and bulk data manipulation (Excel proficiency required)
- Guarantee accurate data synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Assist with reporting requirements for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- Collaborate across departments while working independently in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (Admin-level proficiency)
- Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Flows is essential
- Proficient in managing permissions, layouts, and validation rules
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration
- Strong grasp of CRM data structures
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in startup or high-velocity environments
- Ability to work remotely during U. S. Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
