Qualifications
Responsibilities:Manage and resolve post-go-live technical requests from clients, focusing on timely solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and the Support team to address technical escalations from live customers. Engage closely with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate customer rollouts of new features and managed package upgrades. Track and document time spent on customer requests, ensuring transparency and accurate scoping. Convert customer needs into actionable technical requirements and solution designs. Draft, scope, and refine customer-facing Statements of Work (SOWs) for new or expanded post-go-live services. Execute configuration updates in Salesforce, encompassing objects, fields, flows, layouts, reports, dashboards, and permission sets. Maintain documentation and best practices for recurring post-go-live needs. Participate in planning meetings and stand-ups to monitor deadlines, progress, and scope adjustments for ongoing tasks. Identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes through optimized configuration, automation, and data structures. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce configuration and administration, with a strong desire to deepen technical expertise.
