Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, emphasizing Service Cloud. Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design methodologies. Experience with C# programming. Expertise in REST API integrations and version control systems such as Git. Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and design paradigms. Understanding of retail and e-commerce business workflows. Knowledge of customer service operations and industry standards. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Commitment to ongoing learning about Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies.

  • Architect and implement tailored Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to align with organizational needs.
  • Customize and enhance Service Cloud functionalities such as case management, knowledge base, and client portals.
  • Develop and manage Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve system performance.
  • Facilitate integration between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST APIs.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams to collect requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Refine existing Salesforce configurations and customizations to boost operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges.
