What You Will Do Build the Sales Pipeline Source and engage prospects through cold calling, cold emailing, and creative outreach to engineering teams at Series C and later companies. Research target accounts to map org structures and identify decision-makers, whether that’s an Engineering Manager, VP of Engineering, or a skeptical Staff Engineer. Design and test multi-step outbound sequences, refining messaging and calls-to-action based on what works. Communicate in clear, technical language that resonates with engineers, not just marketing terms. Establish Outbound Sales Processes Work with the founding team to define ideal customer profiles, target personas, and buying triggers through hands-on experimentation. Develop frameworks to qualify leads and decide which meetings to pursue. Set up dashboards, KPIs, and a repeatable approach to pipeline development. Document successful strategies for future team members as the sales function grows. Grow as a Domain Expert Over time, your insights and feedback will help shape tierzero’s sales strategy and strengthen our position in the market.
