Your role will involve providing compassionate, evidence-based medical care through audio, video, and written communications.You will report directly to the Medical Director of Virtual Urgent Care.Work Hours:4 shifts of 10 hours per week, from 8 AM to 6 PM ET, including 2 weekend days each month.Work Location:This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while feeling connected to your colleagues and the mission of Oscar Medical Group. Eligible residents must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington D.C. (subject to change).Pay Transparency:The salary range for this role is between $197,400 and $259,087 per year. Additionally, you will have access to a range of employee benefits, such as CME, PTO, a 401k plan, and an annual performance bonus.Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality virtual patient care.Work collaboratively with other Physicians and Advanced Practice Leads when managing complex cases.Follow up on lab results, imaging, and ensure effective communication with patients and other providers.Utilize various tools for conducting virtual exams, including remote monitoring equipment and diagnostics.Engage in a collaborative care model with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health clinicians.Attend required meetings to enhance patient care, including huddles and case conferences.Provide constructive feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
