About the Role:
The Account Manager is a vital player in Clipboard Health's marketplace, ensuring the ongoing success of our partnerships with healthcare facilities. This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences across all levels of our clients' organizations. You will act as a valuable resource for facilities, addressing issues as they arise, engaging with corporate contacts, and monitoring essential business metrics to foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining regular communication to resolve issues and assist clients with invoicing.
- Build credibility and trust with healthcare providers and executives by showcasing a solid understanding of business dynamics and clinical workflows.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders while educating them on product workflows.
- Gather feedback from prospects to enhance service offerings.
