SEC Reporting AnalystAs a key contributor to our Financial Reporting team, the Analyst will be responsible for the meticulous preparation of all SEC filings, including Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, proxy statements, Section 16 filings, and ensuring XBRL compliance. This role will also involve reviewing and documenting new accounting standards, drafting technical accounting memos, and assisting in their implementation, while liaising with auditors as necessary. Additionally, the Analyst will engage with accounting and financial reporting matters related to potential acquisitions or divestitures, including purchase accounting, and will provide support during quarterly reviews and annual audits.Key Responsibilities:Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including XBRL tagging in collaboration with external service providers.Develop footnote support schedules, perform tie-out support for SEC filings, and create disclosure checklists.Assist in research and preparation of technical accounting memos.Collaborate with the general accounting team to generate corporate financial reports for internal analysis and external SEC filings.Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC regulations.Coordinate with external auditors to manage quarterly reviews and annual audit processes.Provide comprehensive financial analysis, including variance explanations between actual and budgeted/previous periods.
As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete billing cycle. This involves creating invoices, handling credit note cancellations, and ensuring that billing processes meet the standards set for multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:Execute billing processes adhering to established policies, accounting standards, SOX compliance, and internal controls while meeting service level agreements.Handle invoices that can range from moderately to highly complex transactions.Maintain and update client billing details, including instructions and rates.Collect and assess documentation to support billing efforts.Conduct revenue recalculation using Oracle.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices.Utilize various platforms such as mail, email, and client portals to distribute invoices to clients.Address queries and escalate issues to the Team Lead for prompt resolution.Engage in governance meetings with the Operations Team and clients.Execute diverse periodic and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Billing Team Leader or Manager.Tackle urgent issues with guidance from the Team Leader within designated turnaround times.Collect information and documentation to aid in issue investigation and resolution within the billing process.Assist the Team Lead with data gathering and report generation as necessary.Identify recurring issues and compile documentation to aid in their resolution.Support process transition activities, including training and creation of desktop procedures.Contribute to simple process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining billing operations.
