Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee and enhance client relationships in a dynamic marketing landscape. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing operations, adeptly translates strategic plans into actionable tasks, and excels in maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal marketing teams.
- Simultaneously manage multiple marketing accounts while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns across various channels, including paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, performance assessments, and strategic discussions.
- Monitor KPIs, create comprehensive reports, and convey insights and recommendations effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Foster client retention through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, strategists, and media buyers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Client Success professional in a marketing agency or marketing-focused organization.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising, SEO, conversion funnels, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and achieve results.
- Familiarity with CRMs, project management software, and reporting tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at remote work.
- A client-centric approach with strong relationship management abilities.
