Role & Responsibilities:
As a Solutions Engineer at DigitalGenius, you'll be instrumental in the successful deployment of our AI solutions for clients. You'll collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific needs and ensure our technology integrates smoothly into their systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the technical deployment of our AI solutions, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
- Working with clients to comprehend their requirements and customizing our solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Providing technical guidance during the implementation process, covering setup, configuration, and integration with third-party platforms.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to equip clients to utilize our solutions effectively.
- Tracking implementation progress and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Identifying and resolving any technical challenges during the implementation phase.
- Continuously collecting customer feedback to refine the implementation process and enhance our product offerings.
This position is available for candidates in both the US and Canada, operating during East Coast business hours.
