Role overview This Tech Lead - Mobile Platform role is a full-time, remote position based in Romania. The focus is on guiding the technical development of a mobile banking platform. The Tech Lead ensures the platform remains a solid foundation for product teams, making it possible to deliver new features quickly and with confidence. Core responsibilities include platform enablement, engineering architecture, developer experience, release quality, and setting mobile standards. What you will do Lead a small team of about three engineers working mainly with React Native for iOS and Android. Shape and maintain the platform architecture, balancing technical standards with product team needs. Identify and remove obstacles that slow product development. Promote new tools and processes through mentoring, training, and documentation. Set and uphold high engineering standards for the mobile codebase. Stay hands-on to guide architectural decisions and drive platform improvements. Maintain and support native libraries in Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, and Java.
