Your expertise in coding will be instrumental in training tomorrow's AI to assist developers in solving real-world challenges more efficiently and accurately.We are seeking passionate Kotlin specialists who can transform real-world engineering scenarios—like bug reports or feature requests from a Git repository—into clean, efficient, and idiomatic solutions using the Kotlin programming language. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality code patches that embody modern Android development practices, ensuring technical correctness, maintainability, and clarity.Hands-on experience with modern Android and Kotlin development is essential, including proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and key Jetpack libraries such as Room, WorkManager, Datastore, ViewModel, and Hilt. Familiarity with build.gradle configurations, dependency management, and networking libraries such as OkHttp, Retrofit, and Coil is also crucial. Experience with Android multimedia tools (CameraX, ExoPlayer, Media3) would be a distinct advantage.In your day-to-day activities, you will assess AI-generated code, rectify errors, implement optimized Kotlin solutions, and document best practices that showcase modern Android design patterns and coding conventions.A strong foundation in Android software development is required, with proven experience in building and maintaining production-level Kotlin applications.
