MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in related activities;
- Proficient in SAP;
- Expertise in Power BI;
- Advanced skills in Excel;
- Proficient in PowerPoint;
- Experience with SharePoint.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or Library Science.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Postgraduate degree in Knowledge Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the structuring, maintenance, and dissemination of knowledge generated in R&D projects and activities, ensuring corporate knowledge is captured, organized, and accessible throughout the organization;
- Oversee the creation and updating of processes, repositories, and databases, facilitating information sharing among teams and promoting best practices for continuous learning;
- Develop training and onboarding programs to ensure technical and strategic knowledge is preserved and leveraged to support innovation and the development of new projects.
