Oversee and execute all aspects of Production Molding tool services, including maintenance, cleaning, and repair.Provide daily troubleshooting support for injection molding tools in production.Collaborate with the team to establish technical best practices and standard operating procedures, while mentoring others and ensuring all documentation aligns with Bosch standards.Assist the molding tool shop to guarantee timely production of tooling while adhering to quality benchmarks.Support the utilization, servicing, maintenance, and inspection of molding tool parts.Engage in daily disassembly and assembly processes of injection molding tools, including testing of insert tools.Provide essential support for basic CNC surface grinding, turning, washing, welding, and polishing operations.
