Position: Assistant Chief Engineer - CRETE/ RINELA

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing all operations of the department, ensuring the maintenance of high service standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and achievement of hotel objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the effective operation of the hotel's technical, technological, and mechanical installations and equipment.
- Participate in setting departmental goals based on the established annual budget and quality standards.
- Actively engage in staffing processes for your department in accordance with company policy and values.
- Monitor staff performance, professionalism, and behavior, evaluate, guide, and develop employee growth plans based on training needs.
- Directly assist guests during their stay.
Qualifications:
- Technical School Degree (Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, preferably in large seasonal units.
- Excellent knowledge of pumping stations, machine rooms, and modern systems.
- Good understanding of electrical issues.
- Basic knowledge of heating, gas, and general technical skills.
