Lead the daily operations of the delivery department, ensuring adherence to budget, capacity, and KPI targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (OTD, OTIF, NPS), delivery costs per customer, and route efficiency.
Strategically plan delivery routes in collaboration with the route planner; track telematics data and fuel consumption.
Oversee regional warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
Implement process improvements (Lean/Kaizen methodologies), guaranteeing high service quality.
Address non-standard situations and maintain stable customer service.
Lead and develop a team of 30 individuals.
Manage budget, make resource decisions, and participate in Baltic/group initiatives.
