The role also includes re-engaging inactive users and testing ad content for various business lines. What you will do Pinpoint weak spots in conversion funnels and design experiments to improve results. Quickly learn and use CRM and split testing tools to run and analyze experiments. Independently create and launch tests, including writing copy and making layout changes. Use funnel analytics to identify where users drop off and understand the reasons why. Run 3–5 tests each week across different funnels, then analyze outcomes to determine what works best. Work with onboarding flows using tools such as ManyChat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. Collaborate with advertising teams to set up and improve remarketing flows on external ad networks. Review raw data from various sources to quickly identify profitable ads. Additional responsibilities Oversee and improve onboarding flows, starting from the user's first interaction (email or phone number input). Continuously run A/B tests and optimize all lead capture and remarketing landing pages to increase conversions. Assess and refine the initial user interface to encourage immediate engagement and activation. Design and manage processes to reactivate inactive users and convert leads from remarketing campaigns. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tools. Compensation Salary range: Rs 2,000,000 – Rs 5,000,000 (INR 20–50 LPA)
