Collaborating closely with our Sales team, we play a vital role in qualifying and closing opportunities, acting as the key communication link between customers and our Product Management and Engineering teams.As a Solutions Engineer, you will excel at listening to customers, grasping their needs, asking insightful questions, and translating their requirements into effective solutions utilizing Grafana Labs technology. You will serve as a crucial intermediary between our highly skilled engineering team, our customers, and our Sales department.
