Role Overview
We are in search of a passionate Brand Manager who possesses keen brand judgment and a deep love for gaming and creativity. This role is pivotal in defining and enhancing TGC’s brand identity and key initiatives in China.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate both strategic foresight in brand development and robust execution skills.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of TGC’s brand strategy and core messaging for the Chinese market.
• Lead or significantly contribute to brand-centric projects, encompassing campaigns, offline experiences, and content initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with global teams, local partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Engage in the planning and critique of brand-related materials (copy, visuals, video, offline assets) to maintain brand integrity.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and develop long-term insights into the preferences of Chinese gamers and the local market.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or content roles.
• Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• A strategic brand perspective that prioritizes long-term success over short-term gains.
