Discovery & Consultative Selling• Conduct discovery calls with prospects to identify their business drivers, operational challenges, and staffing requirements.• Translate client needs into customized SuperStaff solutions spanning CX, back office, IT, healthcare, and specialized sectors.• Prepare and present compelling proposals, pricing structures, and presentations that effectively communicate value. Deal Management & Closing• Oversee opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial meeting to signed agreement.• Collaborate with Operations, TA, and Finance to accurately scope solutions and ensure a seamless transition to delivery.• Partner with the Director of Business Development and the CEO on strategic and enterprise-level pursuits. CRM & Reporting• Maintain Zoho CRM with up-to-date activities, notes, and opportunity stages.• Provide weekly reports on pipeline health, forecasts, and activity metrics.• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of outbound playbooks, sequences, and messaging.
