Your Role
As an Insolvency Case Manager, you are at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all aspects of the insolvency process are meticulously handled. You will:
- Manage daily insolvency procedures.
- Draft communications to debtors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update insolvency tables.
- Monitor deadlines and follow-up tasks.
- Gather pertinent information, both via phone and in writing.
- Review registries, files, and documentation.
- Prepare reports and expert opinions for court submissions.
- Organize documentation, payment receipts, and procedural workflows.
In essence, you ensure smooth and efficient insolvency proceedings.
