We are currently on the lookout for dedicated individuals to fill multiple Second Engineer positions aboard Canadian Flagged Offshore Support Vessels. This role involves a 28-day offshore rotation. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to the Vessel Chief Engineer, you will oversee the daily operations of the mechanical systems onboard, ensuring the vessel remains seaworthy through effective maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct both planned and unplanned maintenance of mechanical installations onboard.
- Lead Engine Room personnel in conducting risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Assist with vessel bunkering operations.
- Serve as the Engine Room Watchkeeper.
- Maintain the Engine Logbook and Oil Record Books in an organized and presentable manner.
