The Role
Nebius is seeking a talented and experienced SOC Manager to join our Cyber Security division, directly reporting to the Head of Detection & Response under the CISO. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response operations across cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, and enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will be operationally adept and strategically focused, with substantial hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, and team leadership. You will be instrumental in enhancing detection and response capabilities while fostering effective collaboration with Security, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing day-to-day SOC operations, including monitoring, detection, triage, and incident response.
- Managing security alerts and incidents across various platforms including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security.
- Ensuring timely and efficient responses to security incidents in accordance with established SLAs.
