OpenSpace is prioritizing growth within the DACH region, and we are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This pivotal role combines leadership and sales acumen, allowing you to drive revenue while mentoring junior sales team members.
As a seasoned professional with deep regional insights and a robust network within the construction sector, you will set the benchmark for effective pipeline development, complex deal closure, and account expansion.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive Regional Expansion
- Achieve revenue targets for the DACH region, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual objectives.
- Devise and implement a comprehensive territory strategy encompassing account segmentation, prioritization, and effective market coverage.
- Enhance OpenSpace’s regional visibility through your established connections, partnerships, and industry presence.
Secure and Grow Strategic Accounts
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial engagement to closure and account expansion, employing an Adopt and Grow methodology.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders including owners, general contractors, and site operations, aligning with leadership in various departments.
- Deliver customized demonstrations, proposals, and business cases that are tied to measurable outcomes.
Establish a Consistent Pipeline
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, events, partnerships, and strategic networking.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Marketing teams to execute regional campaigns and account-based initiatives.
- Build relationships with key influencers in the ecosystem, including consultants and technology partners.
Mentor and Enhance Team Performance
- Provide guidance to junior sales representatives through call reviews, deal coaching, territory planning, and closing strategies.
- Elevate the qualification process, deal management practices, and executive engagement standards.
- Share valuable market insights and competitive knowledge to refine messaging and enhance go-to-market strategies within DACH.
Maintain Operational Excellence
- Ensure precise reporting in Salesforce, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Provide transparency regarding deal health, next steps, and areas for improvement.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region based on customer requirements and priorities.
