As a Senior Account Executive at Effectory, you will guide organizations through their journey from initial discussions to successful partnerships. Collaborating closely with our Sales Development Representatives, you will tackle critical strategic challenges related to employee feedback.
Your role will involve deep conversations with HR managers, executives, and decision-makers to understand their organizational goals and challenges, translating these insights into customized solutions that Effectory offers.
You will oversee the complete sales process—conducting needs assessments, delivering product demonstrations, crafting proposals, and finalizing contracts. This position is strategic and dynamic as it often requires a long-term engagement to facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting discussions with HR leaders and C-suite executives.
- Evaluate organizational challenges and decision-making processes.
- Present demos of Effectory's solutions effectively.
- Develop tailored proposals and contract frameworks.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closing.
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to the enhancement of sales processes and conversion rates.
Language Requirement
Fluent or native Dutch speaking is essential for this role.
