Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:Proven experience in leading and managing accounting processes, particularly month-end close activities. Strong understanding of GAAP and the ability to ensure compliance across accounting transactions. Experience in driving process improvements and automating accounting functions. Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and present findings to senior management. A track record of developing and maintaining robust internal controls. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.

Role Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager - General Ledger Accounting will join the Hyderabad office and report to the Director of Corporate Accounting in the U. S. This role leads a team of five and serves as the India Accounting Team Lead. The position focuses on the monthly close process, financial analysis, team management, and ongoing process improvements.

What You Will Do

Oversee the monthly close process, including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, publishers, accruals, and capitalizable software
Manage and develop a team of five accounting professionals
Drive process improvements and automation projects to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Monitor and analyze financial metrics to support business objectives
Act as the India Accounting Team Lead, collaborating closely with U. S. counterparts
