The Creator Workflows and Custom Application Development on the Now Platform App Engine is a rapidly expanding area for ServiceNow. As a leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms and Forrester's Low-Code Wave, you will drive this growth engine forward with support from the business unit, executive team, and sales.
We are seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant - App Engine (Creator Workflows) who is a customer-facing domain expert. You will drive innovative business solutions by applying both technical and business acumen.
This role, part of Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting, requires expertise in architecting custom solutions to address business challenges on the Now Platform (or similar platforms). Responsibilities include demonstrating and prototyping platform capabilities and, in select cases, identifying specific requirements needed to collaborate with designers and developers in creating and presenting innovative pre-sales solution prototypes to customers.
The Senior Advisory Solution Consultant - App Engine will articulate strategic visions to executive-level clients, effectively conveying the value of ServiceNow solutions. You must be capable of communicating business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration with sales, solution consulting, and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem is essential for achieving customer success through thought leadership and awareness. This role adopts a consultative approach with customers and prospects to discover and map solutions driven by business outcomes. Responsibilities also include demonstrating and prototyping platform capabilities and identifying specific requirements for effective collaboration.
