We are in search of a Senior Analyst for Payments Strategy to become a vital part of our innovative Payment Strategy team. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting strategic analyses that drive our payments initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction while simultaneously minimizing costs. Collaborating with various internal teams, you will help define and implement FanDuel’s payments strategy across our diverse product range, including Sportsbook, Casino, and Prediction Markets.

The Senior Analyst will work closely with a wide array of stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Analytics teams, focusing on optimizing our payments stack to improve customer experience and achieve cost efficiency.

Moreover, while the responsibilities outlined are fundamental, you may be asked to assist with additional tasks as required by the Company to maintain operational agility and adapt to changing business landscapes.

THE GAME PLAN
Every team member plays a critical role in our success.

In this position, you will:

  • Define and drive the primary objectives of the Payment Strategy function.
  • Develop analyses and financial models to evaluate and propel strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with Commercial and Product Development teams to align on and execute significant initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams on the launch of new payment methods and customer experiences, assessing potential costs and impacts on business.
  • Create and present data-driven materials that champion new payment strategies and enhance business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the payments and fraud landscape, including industry trends and emerging technologies, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Understand and report on leadership’s strategic goals and performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to elevate user experience and improve cost efficiency.
  • Support the continuous evaluation and enhancement of payment processes through automation and the development of innovative solutions.
