Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to identify data needs, establish metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. Design, develop, and manage scalable data pipelines and models that underpin analytics, reporting, and product insights. Create and maintain essential datasets for financial and user behavior analytics, facilitating deep insights into customer behavior, product adoption, and overall business performance. Define, instrument, and validate product and business metrics, including those presented in customer-facing dashboards. Enhance data quality, reliability, and observability, taking ownership of core datasets.
