Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of experience in application support or a similar role, with a proven track record in a senior or lead position. Deep understanding of application architectures, databases, and integration methodologies. Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, particularly in enterprise applications. Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and proficient in SQL querying. Hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) and application management. Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and their application deployment and management. Solid understanding of ticket handling processes and support workflow management. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus. Experience with automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Familiarity with . NET applications and ability to debug in the source code. A collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Thoroughly analyze and troubleshoot both functional and technical issues within supported applications, taking full ownership until resolution.
  • Oversee incident and service requests while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct root cause analysis on incidents, documenting findings to facilitate future reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively address and resolve application-related issues, enhancing overall system performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user and troubleshooting guides, to support the team and users.
  • Regularly perform software updates, patches, and maintenance on production applications to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and other staff, fostering their technical skills.
  • Proactively monitor application performance and availability, implementing measures to ensure high uptime.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation as necessary, responding to urgent operational issues.
