Your Role in the Creative Team

As a Senior Associate in Creative Copywriting, you will collaborate with a passionate team of writers, designers, producers, and creative leads who are committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity while remaining focused on audience needs. You will work closely with creative leadership to develop concepts, refine messaging, and craft compelling copy across various formats and channels.

Additionally, you will partner with strategy and account teams to clarify the objectives behind each project, ensuring alignment with audience insights and brand goals. At times, you will present your copy direction directly to clients, articulating your creative thought process and assisting teams in crafting language that resonates with both the brand and its customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Craft original, captivating copy for a variety of projects, including campaigns, brand narratives, product messaging, and content systems.
  • Quickly adapt your writing style to authentically capture the tone and personality of multiple brands, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Transform briefs from initial concepts to polished outputs, exploring diverse angles and enhancing ideas through strong language and structure.
  • Present your copy and creative concepts confidently, emphasizing how your work aligns with both the creative vision and overarching business objectives.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise edits, correct grammar, and intentional wording in every headline, call to action, and long-form copy.
  • Identify content opportunities by observing audience behavior, customer needs, and cultural trends that enhance the relevance of messaging.
  • Stay updated on advertising, design, and cultural trends, applying insights to strengthen your work.
