As a Senior Associate Product Manager specializing in Cervical products at ATEC Spine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and executing marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from defining product requirements based on surgeon feedback to managing product launches and sales engagement. You will collaborate closely with various departments including Sales, Development, Finance, and Supply Chain, while also interacting directly with surgeon customers to ensure our products align with their needs and ATEC’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a segment of the product portfolio from conception through to market launch.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies by analyzing economic indicators, defining surgical product needs, and identifying surgeon customers.
  • Enhance U. S. market share through strategic marketing plans, training sessions, and promotional programs.
  • Create impactful sales materials and efficient customer service processes while forecasting product performance.
  • Lead product demonstrations with surgeons and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain to generate accurate product forecasts.
  • Assess inventory levels at SKU level with the supply chain team.
  • Contribute to product design and development in cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends to shape future product priorities.
  • Enhance your professional knowledge through training and participation in professional networks.
  • Represent ATEC at marketing events including trade shows and seminars, managing travel and promotional budgets.
  • Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain product inventory effectively.
