Led by an accomplished Managing Director, our business is poised to deliver exceptional advisory services in Restructuring and Financial Advisory. With a robust international footprint, Interpath is committed to understanding the intricacies of diverse markets, ensuring we provide customized and effective advisory solutions to address contemporary business challenges.
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to engage in restructuring, advisory, and insolvency case work, with opportunities to explore additional specializations within the organization. The ideal candidate will work on high-profile advisory and insolvency projects across the region, delivering services to clients that include:
- Managing various forms of corporate insolvency appointments for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and PLCs.
- Providing restructuring advice to underperforming companies or those facing liquidity issues, as well as guidance for key stakeholders.
- Delivering accelerated M&A advice through strategic acquisitions or sales of businesses.
- Offering turnaround support focused on cost reduction and enhancement of working capital.
- Conducting options reviews to assist businesses and stakeholders in making informed decisions to overcome challenges.
- Implementing cash forecasting and ongoing cash management strategies.
