Under the leadership of a seasoned Managing Director, the successful candidate will engage in significant advisory and insolvency projects, contributing to our mission to become a leading global advisory firm by 2030.
We are currently seeking an Associate to support our restructuring and advisory services. In this role, you will work on high-profile assignments across the region, providing vital services including:
- Handling various forms of corporate insolvency appointments, covering entities from sole traders to PLCs.
- Providing restructuring advice to underperforming companies and key stakeholders.
- Advising on accelerated M&A processes for the acquisition or sale of companies.
- Offering turnaround support with a focus on cost reduction and working capital optimization.
- Conducting options reviews to assist businesses in making informed decisions.
- Managing cash forecasting and ongoing cash management.
