Role Overview

The Senior Azure AI Consultant joins the AI practice to guide clients through adopting and scaling AI using Microsoft technologies. This remote position is fully customer-facing and focuses on delivering advisory and hands-on engagements across strategy, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft AI platforms.

This role manages end-to-end AI projects independently, from discovery and design through deployment and configuration. Close collaboration with the Practice Lead and Technical Architects is expected to continually improve Phoenix’s AI offerings.

What You Will Do

  • Lead AI advisory and enablement projects, including readiness assessments, use-case workshops, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) programs.
  • Enable customers on Microsoft AI platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Design, deploy, and configure Azure AI solutions, creating reference environments for clients.
  • Run executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify AI opportunities and shape business cases.
  • Develop adoption roadmaps, governance models, and technical reference architectures for AI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into workable AI solutions.
  • Work with the AI Practice Lead and Technical Architects to refine engagement frameworks and service offerings.
  • Create deliverables such as strategy documents, technical designs, deployment guides, and assessment reports.
  • Stay current with Microsoft AI platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
  • Share insights on customer needs, market shifts, and potential new AI services.
  • Support pre-sales by joining discovery calls, technical demos, proposal writing, and presentations.
