Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive to join our Barcelona headquarters. In this role, you will elevate our business to new heights by developing and executing impactful sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and overall business success.
Your responsibilities will include negotiating and fostering robust relationships with large clients and partners, thereby enhancing Ukio's reputation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement innovative B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals and business objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and deals effectively.
- Define and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Maintain sales reports and dashboards, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
